Ingredients
Hard Rolls*
3 Cups BBQ sauce
1 cup onion chopped
1/2 cup Ketchup
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp chili powder
2 lbs Boneless Chicken Breasts or Boneless Pork Roast (Quartered up)
*Depending on your head count, choose the number of rolls
Easy Directions
1) Stir everything in a medium sized bowl
2)Pour mixture into Slow Cooker
3) Add chicken or pork
4) Coat with extra BBQ sauce
5) 4 1/2 hours on high
6) Shred (Two forks works just fine)
**I used a fork to take the chicken out and placed them in another bowl
After shredding with the forks, I placed the shreds back into the Slow Cooker
Mix it all together,

p.s. I got six rolls for the two of us--had leftovers and even may have some extra even after the rolls are gone! (:
