1 cup Marshmallows
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 cups white chocolate chips
1/4 cups crushed peppermint candy (optional)
12 fluid oz evaporated milk
1 1/2 cup water
Pour everything into a pot and stir until everything is melted and smooth!
Takes about 5 minutes and make 3 - 4 servings
